Digital Goods Policy

RDX Loader deals in the delivery of digital software licenses and API access. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the license key has been generated and delivered to the user.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after the successful delivery of a digital product. Please ensure that you have selected the correct plan and duration before completing your payment.

Cancellations

You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not generate a refund for the current active billing cycle. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Failed Deliveries

If you have completed a payment but have not received your digital key within 15 minutes due to a technical error, please contact our support team immediately. Upon verifying the payment, we will manually issue the key. Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that we are completely unable to deliver the product you paid for.
